Prepreg

Prepreg, referred to as PP, it is a sheet material impregnated with resin and cured to an intermediate level (B-stage), known an insulating material for the PCB board.
As a prepreg material while the PCB production process, before lamination, it is mainly used as an adhesive material and insulating material for the inner conductive pattern of a multilayer PCB.

Length, width, thickness, and diameter tolerances vary by size, by manufacturer, brand, and grade. Custom sizes and colors available upon request.

Fiberglass Prepreg-1

Prepregs, often the base material for FR4 insulation boards, are a type of composite material formed by impregnating a reinforcement fabric, like fiberglass, with a resin system.

G10 Sheet

In the production of G10 epoxy boards, one of the essential materials employed is the 7628 glass fiberglass cloth prepregs. The choice of this specific prepreg type is not random but is influenced by its distinct characteristics that align with the required properties of G10 epoxy boards.

fiberglass sheet

Many composite materials are indeed made from fiberglass prepregs. Prepreg is short for “pre-impregnated,” and refers to the process where the fibrous reinforcement, in this case, fiberglass, is pre-impregnated with a resin system.
